Ayurveda
is a traditional Indian system of medicines based on natural and
crystal healing living, it derives from two sanskrit words
life-knowledge. Ayurveda is a science of life, analyses the human
body through a combination of body, mind and sprit. Ayurveda is
regarded as the oldest form of health care in the world. Ayurveda is
an traditional medical system that is originated in thousands of years
ago. Ayurveda is based upon Panchamahabhuta: earth, water, fire, air,
and space. These Panchamahabhuta is combination of three doshas:
Vatta, Pitta and Kapha.
Ayurveda
creates a complete holistic view of the individual, so as to
understand the root cause of misery and eradicate it. It does not
deal with symptoms of diseasae and it also deals with his or her
habits, dietary life style and daily routines. Ayurveda is a more
than physical science. It does not focus on healing the physical
body and it also cleanse the awareness of the indiviadual
spirituality.

goal of ayurveda is to maintain the health and
heal the illness of a sick person. As a science of self-healing,
ayurveda includes diet and nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, rest
and relaxation, meditation, breathing exercises, and medicinal herbs,
along with cleansing programs for healing body, mind
and spirit.
